Can I cancel or transfer my booking?

Cancellation and transfer terms are listed on each workshop registration page. Please review them carefully before booking.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time so you do not miss the introduction and safety guidance. Late entry may not be possible depending on the venue and project.

What age are the workshops for?

Age requirements vary by event. Please review the individual workshop listing before booking. Guests under 18 may need to attend with a parent or legal guardian.

Do I need jewelry-making experience?

No. Our workshops are designed to be approachable for beginners. We will guide you through the featured project step by step.
