Community and Nonprofit Inquiries

We welcome inquiries from nonprofit and community organizations planning creative programs, member gatherings and special initiatives.

Please include your organization’s mission, audience, proposed format and available budget when contacting us. Availability and pricing are reviewed individually.

Fundraising, donation or cause-related arrangements must be discussed and confirmed in writing before promotion.

Is the inquiry a confirmed booking?

No. An event is confirmed only after availability, scope, agreement and required payment have been finalized.

Do you provide food or beverages?


Food and beverages are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal. Refreshments must be kept safely away from jewelry materials and tools.

Can minors participate?

Age suitability depends on the selected project and event format. Programs involving minors require appropriate supervision and advance approval.

Can the experience reflect our organization?

Depending on the event, we may be able to discuss selected material colours, project options or presentation details. Any customization must be confirmed before booking.

Do participants need experience?

No. Our guided projects are designed to be approachable for beginners, with demonstrations and support throughout the event.

How many people can participate?

How much does an event cost?

Pricing depends on the event format, project, materials, participant count, location and requested services. A custom proposal is provided after we review your inquiry.

Can you come to our location?

On-site events may be available at suitable locations across Long Island and surrounding areas. Venue access, tables, seating, lighting, parking and other requirements must be confirmed in advance.
