1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Employees, contractors, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void outside New York State and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Limit one valid entry per person and per email address during each giveaway drawing unless otherwise stated in the Current Giveaway section.

Submitting multiple entries using different email addresses, identities or automated methods may result in disqualification.

If multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first eligible entry may be included in the drawing.

6. Marketing Communications

Consent to receive promotional or marketing emails from NY STUDIO7 is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

Operational emails related to entry confirmation, winner notification or prize fulfillment may still be sent when necessary to administer the giveaway.

7. Prize

One eligible winner will receive the prize listed in the Current Giveaway section.

The approximate retail value of the prize is [ARV].

If the prize is an NY STUDIO7 gift card, it may be used toward eligible purchases from NY STUDIO7 and will be subject to the applicable gift card terms.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any expenses not specifically included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing is expected to take place on or around [DRAWING DATE].

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all prize-claim requirements have been completed.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the winner-notification email is sent, unless a different deadline is stated in that email.

The Sponsor may request reasonable information necessary to verify the winner’s identity, age, New York residency and eligibility.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, purchase a product, provide a credit card number or provide banking information in order to claim a prize.

10. Alternate Winner

An alternate potential winner may be selected if:

The original potential winner does not respond before the stated deadline.

The notification email is returned as undeliverable.

The entrant cannot be contacted.

The entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements.

The entrant provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

The entrant does not complete the required verification process.

The potential winner declines the prize.

The potential winner otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

The alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Prize Delivery

Prize-delivery instructions will be provided to the verified winner by email.

If the prize is delivered electronically, it will be sent to the verified email address provided by the winner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because an entrant submitted incorrect or outdated contact information.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

12. Winner Announcement and Privacy

After eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted, the Sponsor may publish limited winner information on the Giveaway Winners page.

Published information may include:

First name

Last initial

City or general location

Prize won

Drawing date

The Sponsor will not publicly display a winner’s full email address, telephone number, street address or other sensitive personal information.

Information submitted in connection with the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the NY STUDIO7 Privacy Policy.

13. Fair Entry and Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Violates these Official Rules.
Attempts to submit duplicate or fraudulent entries.
Uses bots, scripts or other automated entry methods.
Interferes with the operation or fairness of the giveaway.
Provides false, misleading or incomplete information.
Engages in abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct toward the Sponsor or other participants.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, winner verification and giveaway administration are final to the extent permitted by law.

14. Technical Problems

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of technical problems, internet interruptions, email filtering, device failures or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If a technical issue affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and, where appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the issue occurred.

Any material change will be announced on the giveaway page when reasonably possible.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from the giveaway will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

By entering, participants acknowledge that any information provided is being submitted to the Sponsor and not to those platforms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. The Sponsor is not responsible for the content, policies or operation of third-party websites.

The verified winner’s limited public information will be posted on the Giveaway Winners page after the prize has been accepted.
