    Reference photographs may be used to communicate mood, proportion, colour, or general style. We do not reproduce another designer’s protected work.

    We review the design direction, material availability, construction requirements, and requested timeline.

    Not every request will be possible, but we will let you know which options can be offered within the capabilities of our studio.

  • 03. Receive Your Proposal

    If the request is suitable, we will provide a written summary that may include:

    • Estimated completion time
    • Shipping information
    • Deposit or payment requirements
    • Applicable cancellation or return terms

    No work begins until the details and required payment have been confirmed.

  • 04. Your Piece Is Created

    Once approved, your piece will be assembled or hand-finished according to the agreed design.

    Because cultured pearls naturally vary, the finished piece may show subtle differences in colour, shape, lustre, and surface characteristics.

  • 05. Final Review and Delivery

    The completed piece is checked before shipment. Tracking information is provided after the order ships from our U.S. inventory.
